1. What Personal Information We May Collect
ILS web server may collect non-personally identifiable information from you during the course of your visit to our Site. This information may include general information regarding your Internet Service Provider and host, the content you access, the platform operating system and web browser you use, and the date, time, and duration of your visit.
Web Beacons: Web beacons are small pieces of code placed on a web page to track or monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a web page. For example, web beacons can be used to count the users who visit a web page or to deliver a cookie to the browser of a visitor viewing that page. We may use web beacons on this site from time to time for this and other purposes.
Voluntary Submission: We may also collect personally identifiable information from you through your voluntary submission. For instance, you may be required to register with ILS via our Site to access and use certain portions of our Site. We collect contact information such as name, IP address, physical address, title, lab affiliation, telephone number, physical address, and email address.
Products Order: Should this occur, and if you order any product from the Site, you will be required to provide your full name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, a credit card number, and tax identification or VAT number, if applicable. If the order is being shipped to a third party, we will also need the recipient’s name and mailing address.
We also collect information with your consent, about your areas of interests, in order to provide better services to you. We also collect in our databases all information an employment applicant submits in a resume and employment application.

Resumes and other materials submitted by job applicants may be viewed by our human resources department personnel, hiring managers, employees who will be interviewing the candidate, and the administrative assistants to these individuals for applicant screening and hiring purposes, and for general human resources purposes.
3. Community and Discussion Forums
If you use a community or discussion forum launched from the Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by others, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit when using any community or discussion forum on the site.
You can request modifications or removal of your personally identifiable information from our databases by contacting us at the email address listed below. To honor your request, we will need the exact information you want removed and information sufficient for us to identify the type of communication you received from us.

For complaints that cannot be resolved between ILS and the person making the complaint, ILS will cooperate with the European Data Protection Authorities as an independent recourse mechanism available to investigate unresolved complaints.
