ILS observes nine (9) paid federal holidays during each year. Full-time employees working in a non-temporary capacity and who are in an active pay status on the business days prior and subsequent to an observed federal holiday are eligible for paid holiday benefits.

ILS offers all part-time and full-time employees and their families the opportunity to participate in three company sponsored benefit plans. These plans provide the opportunity to shelter income on a tax free basis.
