Brad Blackard has served as the Director of Operations for 2 years at ILS. Due to his outstanding achievements and success as the Director of Operations, the Board of Trustees are pleased to announce his promotion to the Chief Operations Officer, reporting directly to Tom Goldsworthy, President and CEO. Brad’s new role will focus on the following areas:
Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sale, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective strategies and processes. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the sustainability and growth objectives of our organization.
