ILS Employee Receives Award from local AALAS chapter

Angela Glasscock was awarded the Research Triangle AALAS Manager’s Award at AALAS chapter's banquet. This award was given to Angela as a manager of the ILS Research Animal Facility who illustrated a pursuit of knowledge of animal husbandry through academic training, animal course work and AALAS certification. Angela has a B.S. in Animal Science, is LATG-certified, is a Certified Manager of Animal Resources- (CMAR), and has been a member of the local and national AALAS organizations since 2000. She has represented the RTB AALAS branch by volunteering at the National meeting and has served as the Local Arrangements Chairperson from 2001 to 2003. For this award, She was given $250.00 and received a crystal plaque. Congratulations!!
